Kirstine Stewart is an internationally recognized leader at the crossroads of media, technology, and global business strategy. With a track record of driving growth and spearheading innovation, she has held executive roles at industry giants like Twitter, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), Crown Media/Hallmark, and the World Economic Forum (WEF).
As Head of the Future of Media at WEF, Kirstine partnered with top executives from companies such as Facebook, Google, and P&G to tackle challenges in digital disruption, media evolution, and the future of work. At Twitter, she launched and built Twitter Canada from the ground up and later served as VP of Media for North America, shaping key strategies across the continent.
In her earlier career, Kirstine modernized CBC as its Head of TV, Radio & Digital, driving up ratings and leading its digital transformation. She also played a pivotal role in the success of Alliance Atlantis and Hallmark, where she expanded their reach into new international markets.
Kirstine is the author of Our Turn, a bestseller on leadership, and serves on several influential boards, including as Chair for Blink49 Studios and Rivalry. Her extensive contributions have earned her multiple awards, including Top 40 Under 40 and Person of the Year by Playback Magazine. She continues to be a key voice in shaping the future of media and leadership on the global stage.
